• 2 cup of Aphrodisioats

• 1/2 cup peanut butter

• 1/3 cup maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla 

• Pinch of salt 



•mix all together and roll into 1 inch balls

•store in fridge 

•Great for pre or post workout snack. 

Stoked Oats Sweet Potato Muffin Recipe

1 cup Bucking-Eh Oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
Half tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 quarter tsp nutmeg
3 quarter tsp cinnamon
1 cup mashed sweet potato (or yams)
Half cup brown sugar
3 tbsp canola oil
Quarter cup of milk
1 egg

Cooking instructions:
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degreesfor 15-20 min.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

3 cups Aphrodisi-Oats

1 cup chopped walnuts

Cooking instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Bake for 12 min.
